Discover 3 great ways to makeover natural fiber clothing and linens!

Bring a cotton garment or other small item to tie dye and a plastic bags large enough to carry home each item you bring. Learn the simple art of adding textured designs to fabric using vibrant dyes. While your shirt is soaking in a solution that helps receive the dye, Jorden and Kristina will demo, show examples  and discuss working with Jacquard’s Dye-Na-Flow, iDye and Procion MX. Dye-Na-Flow allows your to achieve painterly effects with brilliant translucent color.

Finally, we’ll add the dye!  Let it sit overnight in a sealed plastic bag, wash, dry and you’ve got a new garment or napkin!  It’s so simple!

Great for thrifted makeovers, and a fun group activity; tie dying is an easy project that requires no art experience.
