Jill Miller
Jill Miller is the author of Watson Guptill's best selling idea book "Special Effects Scrapbooking" and their new scrapbooking series "Scrapbook Styles - Ease and Elegance" and soon to be released "Scrapbook Styles - Fabrics and Florals". She is the Creative Director for Hewlett-Packard Scrapbooking and has also demonstrated her craft on DIY Scrapbooking in 23 shows to date.
