Lead in the Versatex paint?
  • Hi, I am using Versatex screen printing ink for children's t-shirts that I sell.
From Feb. 10 the new law require leadfree paint. I am no worried about how much lead there are in this paint?
    Does anybody know?
  • Versatex printing inks are considered non-toxic and safe for school environments. Here is a link to the MSDS sheet for the specific:

My apologies to the kind Jacquard people that I posted a link from Dharma Trading, but I couldn't find this information directly on your own site. If this information is indeed available here, please let us know. This is a rather important subject these days!

  • Hi Folks,

You can now find MSDS and CPSIA information on our web site here.
...and thanks, Darlene, for passing along the info from Dharma, we appreciate all the input everyone has to offer!!
