Hello, do you think these pigments are safe for the face?

Mica is a common ingredient in cosmetics. However, nobody can responsibly advise you to use Pearl Ex pigments in cosmetics, because they have not been tested for safety when worn on the skin. There is always the possibility that they might contain a contaminant that is not appropriate for that sort of use.
