Jacquard Products MSDS Sheets & CPSIA GCC's

The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requires the testing of each manufactured batch of regulated product. A "General Certificate of Conformity" (GCC) for a batch indicates that the batch was tested and is in compliance with CPSIA specifications.

All jacquard products are well below allowable heavy metal content of 300ppm and contain no phthalates. We comply with all federal and State laws. Jacquard complies with limits and standards of CPSC. While testing is not currently required we periodically test our products. All MSDS sheets are posted on our web site as well as certificates of compliance for tie dye and Tee Juice.
